1. PROJECT NEPTUNE STATUS
Marcus confirmed Project Neptune will be shelved effective 31 March.
Total annual savings: GBP 340,000. Commercially sensitive — embargoed until all-hands 15 March.
Client notification to be handled by account management.

2. RESTRUCTURING UPDATE
Linda provided the following update:
- Sophie Chen (EMP-3921): redundancy effective 28 March. Severance: 3 months (GBP 12,750).
- Kieran Walsh (EMP-4102): redundancy effective 28 March. Severance: 2 months (GBP 7,400).
- Notification letters drafted. To be sent by 28 February.

3. PROMOTIONS
- Priya Sharma: Senior Developer, effective 1 April. New salary: GBP 72,000.
- Liam O'Connor: Tech Lead, effective 1 April. New salary: GBP 85,000.

- Henderson Group: Contract value GBP 1.2M / 3 years. David to lead delivery from 1 March.
  Key contacts: Richard Henderson (sponsor), Fatima Al-Rashid (tech lead).
- Pinnacle Financial: Security audit passed. Rachel Okonkwo (CISO) confirmed.
  Outstanding: API patch deployment, data retention policy review.

5. DAVID MITCHELL RETENTION
- Competing offer from Revolut: GBP 95,000 + equity.
- Counter-offer agreed: Senior Architect role, GBP 88,000 + GBP 10,000 retention bonus.
- Decision expected by 28 February. STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.

6. AOB
- VPN reliability issues. David using personal email as workaround. IT Security to investigate.
- Reference request received from TechStart for David. Linda to handle.
