A case is one request for one data subject. A request covering several people is quoted per person.
Pricing
A subject access request is priced as one case. We quote it on the export you actually hold, before any processing starts, so the number you see is the number you pay. There is no seat license and no subscription to sign.
Three things set it: how many files are in the export, which systems they came from, and whether the case needs the UK and EU processing route. Tell us those and the quote comes back in writing.

Only files that process are counted. Files that fail are excluded from the pack, and running a file again is never charged twice.
Nothing to sign up to and nothing recurring. Organizations answering requests regularly can ask about terms that suit that pattern.

Tell us roughly how many files the export holds, which systems they came from, and whether you need the UK and EU route. You get a written quote for that case before anything is processed. If the export grows while the case is open, we requote on the total rather than surprising you at the end.
Most organizations start with a pilot: one real request, under a signed data processing agreement, so the tool is judged on your own export rather than a sample. Ask us about the pilot.
