One case, one person
A case is one request for one data subject. A request covering several people is set up as one case per person.
Pricing
A subject access request is priced as one case, by the number of documents in it, from £495. You set your organisation up yourself, accept the agreement on screen, see the price for your case and pay by card, and processing opens straight away. There is no seat licence and no subscription.
Three bands, by the number of documents in the case. The UK and EU route costs 20 percent more and keeps detection on AWS infrastructure within the UK and EU. Your currency follows the country your organisation is registered in.

Pounds for organisations registered in the UK, euros for Ireland and the EU, dollars for the US. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Each document also carries an allowance of 100,000 characters of text, about 30 pages, so a document longer than that counts for more than one: a mailbox export of 5 million characters counts as 50. A case of very large documents can move up a band before it reaches the document ceiling. Above 25,000 documents, a case is priced in writing before processing continues.
Nobody from SafeRedact needs to be in the loop. The three steps below take you from a work email address to a paid case that is ready to run.
Confirm your work email and enter the organisation's registered name and country. Colleagues at the same domain join it when they sign up.
Choose where detection runs, the standard route or the UK and EU route, and accept the data processing agreement and the terms on one screen. A signed copy is emailed to you.
Enter roughly how many documents the export holds. The price for that band is shown and paid by card, and processing opens as soon as the payment clears. Or evaluate first: process and review up to 500 of your own documents free for 14 days, and pay when you download.
Once your organisation is set up, a short recording of a case running on the sample pack is waiting on your set-up page.

Only files that process are counted. Files that fail are listed in the pack's manifest and excluded, and running a file again is never charged twice.
When a case reaches the ceiling of its band, processing pauses until you move it to the next band for the difference in price. Nothing else is charged. A case that comes in smaller than its band is not re-priced.
Your first case is refunded in full within 14 days of export if you ask, whatever the reason. Any case can be exported again for 14 days after its first export at no further charge.
Organisations that buy on purchase order can be billed by invoice on agreed terms. Set up as usual and tell us before your first case.
Organisations answering requests regularly can buy a block of case credits in advance, invoiced once, at 15 percent less per case. Ask us for a block.
